I’ve had my fair share of repair people visit the house for the past two weeks. Luckily, I already had a trusted relationship with most of them. But who do you call if you don’t know a plumber, a roofer, an appliance repair guy, etc.? You can Google, “Plumbers near me” and you will notice, above the ads, Google Guaranteed service providers. Those are the ones you’re gonna call.

To Market We Go | Can Customers Find You?

Those words strike fear in the hearts of any business owner, especially now! Recently the Village Runner store in the Riviera Village moved from one spot to a new location about a block away. A customer came to the new locale and showed an employee on Apple Maps why she thought they were closed. She had pulled up the store on her phone and the former location showed up and was marked permanently closed. No bueno. Fortunately, there is signage at the old place listing the new address which helps take care of walking traffic. And, the two current locations for their stores are correctly listed within Apple Maps.
